30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at support@mavoraliving.com with your order number and a brief note about what you'd like to return. We'll reply with simple instructions and a return address within one business day. Please don't send items back before contacting us, as we won't be able to accept unannounced returns.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or faulty items

Please check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, email us a photo within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away — at no cost to you.
