14-day right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)

If you are shopping from within the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, in line with consumer protection law. To use this right, simply contact us at support@mavoraliving.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll guide you through the return. Items returned under the right of withdrawal should be unused and in their original condition where possible.

30-day returns

Beyond the statutory right above, we offer an extended 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at support@mavoraliving.com with your order number and a brief note about what you'd like to return. We'll reply with simple instructions and a return address within one business day. Please don't send items back before contacting us, as we won't be able to accept unannounced returns.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law under the right of withdrawal.

Damaged or faulty items

Please check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, email us a photo within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away — at no cost to you.
